About Me

I am a qualified therapist in advanced clinical training with more than six years working in the mental health sector supporting adults with a wide range of difficulties and diagnoses.

I practise integrative psychotherapy, drawing on different approaches to suit your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. My work is trauma-informed and grounded in a relational approach, offering a safe, reflective and non-judgemental space to explore whatever you may be experiencing.

I aim to support you in understanding your experiences more deeply and working towards meaningful, lasting change.

Services

Many of us become skilled at just about coping with everyday stressors, while losing touch with what we need, feel, or want. I offer a warm and reflective space to explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and find a way forward that feels right for you.

You may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, challenges with self-esteem, questions around identity, grief, or simply a sense that something in your life no longer feels quite right. Whatever brings you to therapy, I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace.

I offer individual therapy online across the UK and in person from my practice in Ealing, West London. Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically take place on a weekly basis.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call, giving us an opportunity to briefly discuss what is bringing you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit. If you would like to arrange a consultation, please complete the contact form or email me directly.

You do not need to have the right words, a clear goal, or all the answers before starting therapy. We can begin wherever you are and make sense of things together.

Understanding Beyond Symptoms

Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms, we explore the deeper patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be shaping how you feel today.

Every Person is Unique

No two people experience life in exactly the same way, which is why I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt my work to you as an individual, creating a space where we can explore your experiences in a way that feels meaningful and supportive.
